Devine Color Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days of ordering from Portland Oregon. Paint orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery to residences, or FedEx Ground to commercial addresses. For estimated delivery times please go to the Federal Express web site and use zip code 97034 as shipping zip. All other products, including Color Tools (paint pages, mini-paint pouches or palettes) are sent via US Postal Service. Shipping is available only to the lower 48 states, via Ground shipment. For information about availability and pricing to any other region, call 1-888-81-DEVINE or 1-503-387-5840. We cannot ship paint to a P.O. Box number. Please make sure your address is complete with your street number, apartment/suite number, city, state and zip code. FedEx charges for address corrections and that fee will be an additional cost to your order. Shipping charges for orders sent to an incorrect address or P.O. Box that are returned to us are non-refundable.

1-503-387-5840 or email orders@devinecolor.com. Paint , Color Palettes or 8×11 Paint Pages are NOT returnable. Custom tint orders may be available, but color matching is not guaranteed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No products sold through DevineColor.com can be returned or exchanged in our retail stores.
