Shipping Methods Paint Orders

Website orders are available only to the lower 48 United States - EXCLUDING Oregon and Washington, via Ground shipment. For inquiries on orders outside the lower 48 United States, please contact customer service, toll free at 1-888-MY-DEVINE (1-888-693-3846), (978)463-1851 or email customerservice@devinecolor.com. For orders shipped to Oregon and Washington please contact buymillerpaint.com for a Miller Paint store near you.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days of ordering from North Carolina.

Please make sure your address is complete with your street number, apartment/suite number, city, state and zip code. Carrier charges for address corrections will be an additional cost to your order.

Paint Orders

We cannot ship paint to a P.O. Box number.

Paint orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery to residences, or FedEx Ground to commercial addresses. For estimated delivery times please go to the Federal Express web site and use zip code 28677 as shipping zip.

Color Tool Orders

Orders, other than paint, such as Paint Pages, Mini Paint Pouch® or Color Palettes, may ship via US Postal Service.

THE DEVINE COLOR WEBSITE RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returned product, under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, call toll free at 1-888-MY-DEVINE (1-888-693-3846), (978)463-1851 or email customerservice@devinecolor.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damage

Any product that arrives visibly damaged should be refused at the time of delivery with the carrier. Contact customer service immediately. Toll free at 1-888-MY-DEVINE (1-888-693-3846), (978)463-1851 or email customerservice@devinecolor.com so a new order can be placed for your product.

No products sold through DevineColor.com can be returned or exchanged in our retail stores.
